I recently participated in a Mindset Training that blew my mind, honestly.

Myself and other fitness pros were given an exercise and a sheet containing about 100 values, and we were asked to circle all those that resonated with us.

Then, we were asked to narrow them down to 15, and then to 10.

Once we had our top 10 values, we had an informal discussion about a handful of things that would improve our lives and business.

But here’s the catch, in order to get any of these things, we had to trade one of our values for it.

And when one of your values is “Family” or “Love” or “Success” or “Financial Freedom”, well, talk about an exercise in selling your soul.

I just want to say one thing that I learned from this exercise, and it really hit home for me.

If “Health” isn’t one of the top 5 most important things in your life, I think that’s a really big red flag.

Let me explain, why I think this might be the case.

If you think that if you fill up the top 5 with other values that would result in good health, then good health would come to you, but it’s not necessarily the case.

If you want something, if it’s truly important and vital to you and your ultimate happiness, then you need to specifically and intentionally prioritize it and go after it.

It’s not going to just come to you.

Nothing worth having ever does.

Prioritize your health, to be able to enjoy your life to the fullest!
