I want to spend a little time today on a concept that I’ve seen sabotage more people’s health and fitness than anything else.
Failure.
What is failure?
Most of us have the concept of it all wrong.
Starting an exercise program or diet plan and not sticking with it 100%?
That’s still a success!
Failure would be not starting in the first place. Or giving up after the first obstacle.
All of us hit bumps in the road, and experience periods of time when we’re not as consistent as we should be.
But that’s just how life is.
Failure is hitting those roadblocks and pulling off the highway at the first exit, only to make a U-Turn and return to our previous habits.
Do you have the perception that you’ve failed along the way in your health and fitness journey?
Your perception may not be the reality.
