This book isn’t a nutritional cliché and it’s NOT full of niche meals designed to grab your attention. It’s full of realistic healthy meals that are actually tasty and pleasant to make. I used this book to help with my meal prep as I batch-cook food. Hassleback fajita chicken is an absolute favourite.
