Training Plan


Training plan will take into consideration your life, work, injuries (current or past), your likes and dislikes and of course your goal. I will make sure that workouts will suit your needs, will be simple, yet challenging and effective. All you have to do is fill out an exercise questionnaire to give me an idea of what you expect and then with your dedication, time and effort you will achieve all your goals!
